**Terms and Conditions for Horse Riding Lessons**

**1. General Information**
– These terms and conditions apply to all horse riding lessons provided by Equidome.
– By enrolling in our horse riding lessons, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

**2. Booking and Payments**
– All lessons must be booked in advance.
– Payment for lessons must be made at the time of booking. We accept Cash only at this time.
– Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full lesson fee.

-Equidome Follows a strict NO-Refund Policy.

**3. Lesson Policies**
– Riders must arrive at least 15 minutes before the lesson start time to prepare.
– Riders must wear appropriate riding attire, including a helmet, riding boots, and comfortable clothing.
– The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation to any rider who does not adhere to safety guidelines or is deemed unfit to ride.

**4. Health and Safety**
– All riders must complete a health and fitness declaration form before their first lesson.
– Riders must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in the lesson.
– The instructor will provide safety instructions at the beginning of each lesson. Riders must follow these instructions at all times.

**5. Liability**
– Riding horses involves inherent risks. By participating in our lessons, riders accept these risks and agree that Equidome’ s staff and/or instructors will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the lessons.
– Riders must have their own insurance coverage. Equidome does not provide insurance for participants.

**6. Conduct and Behavior**
– Riders are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards horses, instructors, staff, and other participants.
– Any aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the rider being asked to leave the premises without a refund.

**7. Changes and Cancellations**
– Equidome reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather conditions, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– In the event of a cancellation by Equidome, riders will be offered the option to reschedule.

**8. Privacy**
– Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing horse riding lessons and will not be shared with third parties without the rider’s consent.

**9. Photography and Media**
– By participating in our lessons, riders consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Riders who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the instructor beforehand.

**10. Amendments**
– Equidome reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Riders will be notified of any changes in advance.

By enrolling in our horse riding lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

**Terms and Conditions for Horse Stabling and Boarding Services**

**Effective Date:** 01-01-2012

**1. General Information**
– These terms and conditions apply to all horse stabling and boarding services provided by Equidome.
– By using our stabling and boarding services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

**2. Booking and Payments**

– Payment for stabling and boarding services must be made promptly and without delays at the time of receipt of monthly invoice.
– Late payments will incur a fee of Rs. 10,000 per horse per week of payment delay. Failure to pay within thirty (30)] days may result in termination of services.

Non-Payment and Abandonment Policy

  • If monthly charges are not paid within seven (07) days of the due date, a late fee of Rs, 10,000 per horse per week will be applied.
  • If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the initial due date, Equidome will make multiple attempts to contact the owner via phone, and/or registered mail.
  • If the owner does not respond or settle the outstanding balance within Seven (07) days of the final notice, Equidome reserves the right to place a lien on the horse.
  • After Seven (07) days from the final notice, Equidome may sell the horse at auction or to a private buyer to recover unpaid fees and expenses.
  • Any additional costs incurred during this period, including but not limited to relocation, minimal care, legal fees, and auction costs, will be the responsibility of the owner.
  • Equidome may also choose to surrender the horse to a reputable animal rescue or welfare organization if it is deemed in the best interest of the horse’s well-being.
  • Owners will be provided with detailed records of all actions taken and expenses incurred during this process.

**3. Horse Health and Vaccination Requirements**
-It is the owners responsibility that all horses must have up-to-date vaccinations, including but not limited to tetanus, influenza, and any other vaccinations.
– A current negative Glanders test is required for all horses.
– Owners must provide proof of vaccinations and Glanders test before the horse is brought to the stables.

**4. Care and Feeding**
– Equidome will provide daily feeding, watering, and basic care for boarded horses. Special dietary requirements must be communicated and may incur additional fees.
– Owners are responsible for providing any special supplements or medications, along with clear instructions for their administration.

**5. Use of Facilities**
– Boarded horses have access to stalls, and riding arenas.
– Owners must schedule the use of certain facilities in advance if required.
– Owners must follow all posted rules and guidelines when using the facilities.

**6. Liability and Insurance**
– Equidome will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the horses, but cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, or loss that may occur.
– Owners are encouraged to carry their own insurance for their horses.
– Owners will be held responsible for any damage caused by their horse to the facilities or other horses.

**7. Health and Safety**
– Owners must inform Equidome of any known behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs of their horse.
– In case of an emergency, Equidome will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, Equidome reserves the right to call a veterinarian at the owner’s expense.

**8. Termination of Services**
– Either party may terminate this agreement with Sixty [60] days’ written notice.
– If the owner fails to comply with these terms and conditions, Equidome reserves the right to terminate services immediately.
– Upon termination, the owner, after having cleared all outstanding dues, must remove their horse and any personal property from the premises within Three [3] days.

**9. Conduct and Behavior**
– Owners  are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other boarders, and their horses.
– Any aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

**10. Changes and Cancellations**
– Equidome reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Owners will be notified of any changes in advance.
– In the event of a cancellation by Equidome, owners will NOT be offered a refund or the option to reschedule services.

**11. Privacy**
– Personal information collected from owners will be used solely for the purpose of providing stabling and boarding services and will not be shared with third parties without the owner’s consent.

**Dispute Resolution Statement for Horse Stabling and Boarding Services**

**1. General Information**
– Equidome is committed to resolving any disputes or disagreements in a fair, amicable, and efficient manner. To achieve this, we offer alternative dispute resolution methods rather than resorting to court proceedings.

**2. Initial Resolution Attempt**
– In the event of a dispute or disagreement, the owner and Equidome agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication and negotiation.
– Both parties should document their concerns and seek a mutually satisfactory solution within Seven (07) days of the issue being raised.

**3. Mediation**
– If direct negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may request mediation.
– Mediation involves a neutral third-party mediator who will facilitate discussions and help both parties reach a voluntary, negotiated resolution.
– The mediator will be selected by mutual agreement of both parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, Equidome will provide a list of potential mediators from which the owner can choose.
– The cost of mediation will be shared equally by both parties unless otherwise agreed.

**4. Arbitration**
– If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration.
– Arbitration involves a neutral third-party arbitrator who will hear both sides of the dispute and make a binding decision.
– The arbitrator will be selected by mutual agreement of both parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, Equidome will provide a list of potential arbitrators from which the owner can choose.
– The cost of arbitration will be shared equally by both parties unless otherwise agreed.
– The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

**5. Confidentiality**
– All communications, negotiations, and proceedings related to the dispute resolution process will be confidential and not disclosed to any third parties, except as required by law or necessary to enforce the arbitration award.

**6. Legal Rights**
– While we encourage the use of mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes, this policy does not waive any legal rights that either party may have.
– Both parties retain the right to seek legal advice and representation at any stage of the dispute resolution process.

**7. Agreement to Dispute Resolution Process**
– By using our stabling and boarding services, you agree to the dispute resolution process outlined in this policy.
– This agreement to mediate and arbitrate disputes is binding and enforceable.
